Leadership development has been a hallmark of Dr. James, who believes leaders are crafted and molded into greatness. He champions The Harvest is Plenty mission, teaching that abundance is your birthright and greatness is your destiny. Dr. James has co-authored: *The 10 Powers for Business Success* and *The 40 Day Mental Fast Challenge*. He co-created empowering tools like the *Manifestation Workbook* and *The Jetset Leadership Program*. Founder of “Man Up,” a men’s organization promoting Spiritually, Enterprise, Legacy, and Fellowship S.E.L.F., Dr. James also serves as a United Nations Ambassador and holds an Honorary Doctorate in Philosophy and Humane Letters. He was an accomplished finance director for an investment corporation and holds degrees in finance, economics, and business management. Early in his career, he became a successful chef and restaurateur with several million-dollar locations.

With an Honorary Doctorate in Philosophy and Humane Letters, she moved from being a manager at a Fortune 100 Wall Street firm to a successful entrepreneur. Marcia's journey in Texas began as a Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader.
